Connor/Balfour/Hansen Connor (Box Elder) is a railroad siding ghost town site ca. 14 miles west of Corinne and ca. 5 and one-half miles southwest of Penrose. This Union Pacific workers camp was first known as Balfour, then Hansen, after Rasmus Hansen and finally Connor, to honor Colonel Patrick E. Connor. See: John W. Van Cott, Utah Place Names (1997) G.
