-

Crescent Junction (Grand) is at the junction of US-163, 1-70, and US-6,50, eighteen miles east of Green River. Originally it was a wayside stop and service station but it has recently expanded to include permanent residents. The name comes from the crescent shaped configuration of the Book Cliffs near the junction.
