SUTHERLAND Sutherland (Millard) is a small farming community on U-99, four miles northwest of Delta. It was settled in the early 1990s and named for George Sutherland, a U.S. Senator from Utah and an associate justice for the U.S. Supreme Court. John W. Van Cott |
